NHIDCL signed MoU with IIT Guwahati
The MoU was signed by Professor Parameswar K. lyer, Director of IIT Guwahati and Shri Chanchal Kumar, Managing Director of NHIDCL.
New Delhi: A Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between National Highways & Infrastructure Development Corporation Ltd (NHIDCL) and IIT Guwahati through a Video Conferencing session on May 25, 2023.
This collaboration aims to leverage the expertise of IIT Guwahati, a prestigious institute known for its contributions to civil engineering, road construction, planning, and design, to facilitate research and development (R&D) in these areas.

The (NHIDCL), a CPSE under the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways, Government of India, is actively seeking and promoting innovative technologies to address the challenges and promote technological innovations in the field of construction of highways under extreme climatic and geographical conditions.
