NRL presents 1st Interim Dividend of Rs 114.76 cr to Assam Govt for FY 2022-23

New Delhi: Numaligarh Refinery Limited (NRL) today presented the 1st Interim Dividend of INR 114.76 crore to the Government of Assam for the FY 2022-23 for its equity stake of 26% in the Company.
Chairman NRL and CMD OIL- Dr. Ranjit Rath presented the Dividend Cheque to Hon'ble Chief Minister of Assam- Dr. Himanta Biswa Sarma in the presence of Hon'ble Minister of State, Petroleum and Natural Gas- Shri Rameswar Teli; MD NRL- Shri Bhaskar Jyoti Phukan; Director (Finance) NRL-Shri Indranil Mittra; Independent Director of NRL Board - Shri Sudip Pradhan and GM (Corp. Comm.) NRL- Smti. Madhuchanda Adhikari at the State Secretariat.
Earlier on 8th August 2022, the Board of Directors of NRL had approved the payment of 1st Interim Dividend for Financial Year 2022-23 @60% (i.e. INR 6.00 per fully paid equity shares of INR 10 each) on the paid up share capital of the Company.
NRL continues to contribute to the development of Assam as one of the leading Public Sector Enterprises headquartered in the State of Assam.
