Oil India hosted Conference of the Superintendents of Police
Duliajan: Oil India Limited successfully hosted the Conference of the Superintendents of Police at Duliajan. The Hon’ble Chief Minister of Assam Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma chaired the two days’ conference and was given the Guard of Honour.
Also in attendance were DGP Assam Police Shri Bhaskar Jyoti Mahanta, IPS, Special DGP (L/O) Assam Police Shri G P Singh, IPS, Shri Sushil Chandra Mishra, CMD, OIL, Shri S K Barua, MD, NRL, Shri Prasanta Barkakoty, RCE, OIL & other dignitaries.
Superintendents & Additional Superintendents of Police gave detailed presentations to The Hon’ble CM, other respected ministers of the Govt of Assam and over 140 senior police officers through the intense 18-hour-long marathon conference.
The event concluded with media interactions where The Hon’ble CM of Assam reaffirmed that the government remains committed to providing a technologically advanced, citizen-friendly Police force to its people.
