OIL Started Adult Education
New Delhi: OIL a Peoples Company Started in 2012-13, Adult Education under Project 'OIL Dikhya' has touched the lives of around 9,900 illiterate and semi-literate adults of rural and tea Garden communities in Upper Assam. The project continues to create social value by promoting education.
