PESB selects Pankaj Malhotra for Member (Finance) of AAI

New Delhi: Public enterprises selection board (PESB) on July 7, 2023, recommended Pankaj Malhotra for the post of Member (Finance), Airports Authority of India (AAI).

The Selection Meeting as per schedule was held on 30.08.2022 however in compliance of the interim order dated 30.08.2022 of Hon'ble High Court Delhi in the matter of WP (C) No. 12516 of 2022 filed by Dr Geeta Sharma, the result was withheld to be published. 

Further, in compliance of the order dated 10.04.2023 of a division bench of Chief Justice of Delhi High Court, Dr. Geeta Sharma, Director (Finance), HLL Lifecare Limited was called for selection meeting on 07.07.2023.

The performance of the candidates including Dr. Geeta Sharma was assessed and the Board recommended for appointment to the post of Member (Finance), AAI.

The above recommendation is subject to the final outcome of the LPA No. 752 of 2022 filed in the Hon'ble High Court of Delhi.
