POWERGRID signed MoU with Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Ltd
BHOPAL. An MoU has been signed today with Rewa Ultra Mega Solar Ltd. for providing project management consultancy services for implementation of transmission system for evacuation of power from 1500 MW solar parks in Neemuch, Shajapur & Agar districts of Madhya Pradesh.
The agreement was signed at Mantralaya, Vallabh Bhawan, Bhopal by Shri Rajeev Ranjan Meena, IAS, MD (MP Urja Vikas Nigam) and ED (BDD) CC in the presence of Shri Manu Shrivastava, IAS Principal Secretary, New & Renewable Energy, Govt. of MP and ED (WR -II) POWERGRID. The signing ceremony was held in the presence of Shri Harsh Yadav, Minister for New and Renewable Energy & Cottage & Village Industries Development, Govt. of Madhya Pradesh. Total estimated project cost is Rs 556 Cr. & consultancy fee presently works out to ?44.48 Cr.
