New Delhi: Mr Ranjan Kumar Mohapatra, Director (HR), Indian Oil Corporation Limited in recognition of his remarkable contributions to the Indian HR landscape has received the HR India-Life Time Achievement Award at the National HR India Leadership Awards 2021.
During the event held on a digital platform, Mr Mohapatra also participated in a panel discussion on the theme "Role of HR in creating a culture of performance, innovation, collaboration and entrepreneurial mindset". Citing IndianOil's experiences during the panel discussion, Mr Mohapatra spoke on how Team HR can play a crucial role in encouraging innovation by inculcating a learning environment and promoting workplace diversity.
