RBI cancels Certificate of Registration of Four NBFCs
New Delhi: The Reserve Bank of India on Monday states that, in the exercise of powers conferred on it under Section 45-IA (6) of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, has cancelled the Certificate of Registration of the four NBFCs.
The following companies names are:
M/s Psychotropics Leasing and Finance Private Limited, M/s Saan Popular Finance Private Limited, M/s Classic Leafin Private Limited, M/s Alka Mercantile Private Limited (Presently known as M/s Surbhi Mercantile Private Limited).
