RCF declares Interim Dividend for FY 2022-23
The Board of Directors of the Company has approved payment of an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 @ 16.00% (i.e.Rs.1.60 per Equity Share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
New Delhi: Indian CPSE Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers Ltd on Tuesday, November 29, 2022, in its Board Meeting declared the Interim Dividend on the Equity Shares of the Company for the financial year 2022-23.
The Board of Directors of the Company has approved payment of an Interim Dividend for the financial year 2022-23 @ 16.00% (i.e.Rs.1.60 per Equity Share) on the paid-up equity share capital of the Company.
The company will be providing a remote e-voting facility to the shareholders from Monday, December 19, 2022, at 9:00 a.m.(IST) to Thursday, December 22, 2022, 5.00 p.m.(IST). The cut-off date to determine the entitlement of the members for the purpose of remote e-voting and e-voting at the AGM is December 16, 2022. The details about the manner of attending the AGM and casting of votes by members is set out in the Notice of the AGM.
The company has fixed Friday, December 16, 2022, as the Record Date for determining the entitlement of members to final dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.
