New Delhi: The Award Ceremony of the 17th edition of Chairman’s Trophy For Young Managers (CTYM) for the year 2020-21 was organized through virtual mode on 17th July’21.
The theme for the competition for this year was “ Digital Transformation in SAIL: Challenges & Opportunities” and a total 44 nos. of teams participated in the competition, out of which team from seven units namely SAIL-Bokaro Steel Plant, SAIL-Bhilai Steel Plant, SAIL-Durgapur Steel Plant, SAIL-IISCO Steel Plant, SAIL- Rourkela Plant, CMO & SRU made it to the finals of CTYM 20-21.
The team from Bhilai Steel Plant was adjudged as Winners while the team from the Bokaro Steel Plant was adjudged as Runners up in the final of CTYM 20-21.
