SBI VRS the proposed scheme beneficial for over 30,000 employees
New Delhi: The State Bank of India launched the VRS scheme for the better optimization of human resources and the cost of the bank, this scheme is very valuable for the employees.
The report says that around 30,190 employees are eligible for this VSR scheme.
'Second Innings Tap VRS-2020', the proposed scheme "will provide an option and a respectable exit route to employees who have reached a level of saturation in their career, may not be at the peak of their performance, have some personal issue or want to pursue their professional or personal life outside the bank, PTI mention this in its report.
The scheme is eligible for the permanent officer of the bank who has been served the 25 years from his life towards the bank and completes the 55 years of age.
Earlier this scheme was announced in 2001 with the objective of the optimization in human resources.
