SECL filed GST returns of more than Rs 6000 cr in FY 21-22

It may be noted that in the financial year 2021-22, SECL has paid more than six thousand crore rupees as GST.

New Delhi: SECL has been given a letter of appreciation by the Ministry of Finance, Government of India for GST filing in a time-bound manner for the financial year 2021-22. This citation is issued to select entities for filing GST returns on time and as per rules. 

It may be noted that in the financial year 2021-22, SECL has paid more than six thousand crore rupees as GST. At the same time, in the last 5 years, more than thirty thousand crore rupees have been deposited by SECL in the government treasury as GST.

If we talk state-wise, in the last 4 years from the areas of operation in the state of Chhattisgarh, an amount of more than 22 thousand crore rupees has been deposited under GST.

While congratulating all the officers-employees of the Finance Department for this important achievement, Srinivasan, Deputy General Manager (Finance) Mr. Ajay Pandey said that this success is due to the readiness of the officers-employees of the Finance Department working in our areas and headquarters. And it is the result of hard work.
