Shriram Capital appoints Subhasri Appointed as Managing Director & CEO
Her journey with Shriram Group began in 1991 as an Officer in the NBFC business, and over the years, Subhasri has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and expansion.
National: Aug 28. 2024– Shriram Capital Private Ltd., the holding company of the Shriram Group-- among India's largest financial services Group, is pleased to announce the appointment of Subhasri as its Managing Director and CEO, effective September 1, 2024.
Subhasri, who has been serving as the Joint Managing Director, will take over the new role with a vision to drive the company towards greater heights of success. Her journey with Shriram Group began in 1991 as an Officer in the NBFC business, and over the years, Subhasri has played a pivotal role in the company's growth and expansion.
She is a fellow member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India and Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India. In her earlier roles, she was the executive director and CFO of Shriram City Union Finance (now Shriram Finance) and joint MD of Shriram Capital (P) Ltd.
The Board of Directors is confident that Subhasri's extensive experience and deep understanding of the financial sector will be invaluable in navigating the company through the evolving market landscape.
