Union Minister of State, Shri Ashwini Kumar Choubey visits NTPC Kahalgaon: inaugurates Automatic Ash Bagging system complex

Kahalgaon, Bihar: Shri Ashwini Kumar Choubey, Hon'ble Union Minister of State, Environment, Forest and Climate Change & Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution visited NTPC Kahalgaon on 19 August 2021. 

Shri Choubey inaugurated the Automatic Ash Bagging system complex at NTPC Kahalgaon. He conducted a review meeting at BUH Secretariat and praised NTPC Kahalgaon's efforts towards sustainable development and environment protection. 

Shri V. Sudharshan Babu, ED (Kahalgaon) briefed about the CSR initiatives and other developmental projects by NTPC. 

Shri C. Shivakumar, ED (Safety) was also present during the meeting. All members present at the meeting took 'Sadbhavna Pledge'. Shri Ajay Mandal, MP (Bhagalpur), Shri Pawan Yadav, MLA (Kahalgaon) and Shri Lalan Paswan, MLA (Pirpainti) also visited NTPC Kahalgaon along with the Hon'ble Union Minister of state.
