Waaree Renewables total value order gets revised by Rs 246.92 crore for Solar Project

Waaree Renewables has received a revised scope of work under the existing contract for execution of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) works for Ground mount Solar PV project of 2012.47 MWp capacity.

The Company is engaged in development and implementation of Renewable Energy Project.

This revision has been followed up by company’s original announcement in November 2024 about securing the commercial contract for the large-scale renewable energy project.

The renewable energy company shall develop Ground mount Solar PV project of 2012.47 MWp DC capacity. The scope under the commercial order has been enhanced by Rs. 246.92 Cr. totalling to Rs. 1480.40 Cr.

The aggregate order size remains same as per the disclosure submitted on November 27, 2024 i.e. 2012.47 MWp, according to the exchange filing.
