EIL with IOCL Panipat Refinery achieved a major milestone

New Delhi: Team EIL along with Team IOCL-Panipat Refinery achieved a major milestone with the successful erection of the bottom section of the C3 splitter at the 1150 KTPA Propylene Recovery Unit of the Panipat Refinery Expansion Project being executed by EIL in EPCM mode.

With a total height of 115.6 meters, the C3 splitter, when completed, will be one of the tallest pieces of equipment in the refinery. The C3 splitter operates at 7 - 8.3 kg/cm2 pressure and 10.71 - 23.2 deg C temperature with C3 mix process fluid from the De-ethanizer.
