GRSE Appoints a Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on Board

New Delhi: Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd have announced the appointment of Shri Kamleshbhai Shashikantbhai Mirani as Part-Time Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company.

The President of India has appointed Shri Kamleshbhai Shashikantbhai Mirani as Part-Time Non-Official Director (Independent Director) on the Board of the Company for a period of three years, the exchange filing said.
