GRSE pays Rs. 102.52 Crores Interim Dividend for FY2025 to its shareholders

New Delhi: Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers Ltd., (GRSE), has paid an interim dividend of Rs. 102.52 Crores for FY 2024-25 to its shareholders.
The Interim Dividend Cheque amounting to Rs. 76.38 Crore as the government’s share was handed over to Hon’ble Raksha Mantri Shri Rajnath Singh, by Cmde P R Hari, IN (Retd), Chairman & Managing Director of GRSE Ltd. Kolkata, yesterday at New Delhi in the presence of Shri Sanjeev Kumar, Secretary (Defence Production), Shri Rajeev Prakash, Joint Secretary (NS), Shri Amit Satija, Joint Secretary (DIP), and Shri R K Dash, Director (Finance), GRSE.
GRSE has declared an interim dividend of Rs. 8.95 per equity share of Rs. 10 for FY 24-25 against Rs. 7.92 in FY 23-24. GRSE has been consistent in paying dividend to the Shareholders and has done so every year for the last 31 years. The company has strong order book position of Rs. 22,680.75 Crore as on 31 Mar 25.
