MCL General Health Checkup Camp at Chuakani village benefitted 110 villagers
Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) Orient Area, in collaboration with CHC, conducted a General Health Checkup Camp at Chuakani village, benefiting 110 villagers by screening for diabetes, hypertension, and tuberculosis. Five new diabetes cases and three hypertension cases were identified.
New Delhi: Mahanadi Coalfields Limited (MCL) Orient Area conducted a General Health Checkup Camp at Chuakani village, benefiting 110 villagers, including 51 men, 42 women, and 17 children. In collaboration with CHC, the camp focused on screening for diabetes, hypertension, and tuberculosis. Five new diabetes cases and three hypertension cases were identified.
Additionally, skin and orthopedic cases were diagnosed and treated. Sputum samples were collected from four individuals for TB testing.
The company states that "By ensuring early detection and timely treatment, MCL aims to improve health outcomes and overall well-being in the community."
