New Delhi: Indian Railway Finance Corporation the Indian public sector undertaking and a Navratna Company is all set to announce its second interim dividend today, earlier the company mentioned in an official filing mentioning that the company is going to schedule its Board of Directors meetings on Monday, 17th March 2025, inter-alia, to consider the declaration of a Second Interim Dividend to the shareholders of the company for the financial year 2024-25.
Moreover, the record date for determining the entitlements of the shareholders for the payment of the aforesaid Second Interim Dividend shall be Friday, 21st March 2025, subject to the approval of the Second Interim Dividend by the Board of Directors.

Further, the company has witnessed a good start today in its share price before the board meeting and the second interim dividend announcement.
In past one month IRFC shares fell straight by 7% and 22% on a year-to-date (YTD) basis. Currently the company's shares strikes up 0.42% at Rs 118.20 on the BSE.
