NBCC India Q4: Net Profit rises 22.5%, final dividend of Rs 0.14/-share declared

NBCC India Q4: Net Profit rises 22.5%, final dividend of Rs 0.14/-share declared

State-run NBCC (India) declares quarterly financial results for March-end and the shares of the company are surged by 6.15% at Rs 123.35. 

The Revenue from operations for Q4FY25 is standing at Rs 4642.5 crore as compared to Rs 3996.3 crore in Q4FY24. The total expenses of the fourth quarter stood at Rs 4355.4 crore. Total income stood at Rs 4700 crore. Net Profit for the quarter stood at Rs 182.6 crore, up by 22.5% in Q4FY25 as compared to Rs 141.49 crore in Q4FY24.

The EBITDA rises slightly by approx 19% at around Rs 290 crore from Rs 243.2 crore in the corresponding period of last year. The Margin however, is 6.25% down from 6.09% of Q4FY24.

The Board of Directors have recommended a final dividend @ 14 % i.e. Rs. 0.14 / -per paid up equity share of Rs. 1/- each (subject to deduction of TDS) for the FY 2024-25 subject to approval of shareholders in the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

The final dividend (if declared) would be paid within 30 days from the date of declaration at the AGM.

The stock opened today at Rs 117.80 with intraday high of Rs 126.70 at the BSE.
