New Delhi, February 27, 2026: NTPC Limited has announced the superannuation of Shri Balaji Bhagwatrao Narare, Executive Director, effective February 28, 2026, upon attaining the age of retirement.

Shri Narare joined NTPC on August 28, 1987, and has rendered an illustrious 37.5 years of service to the organization.

Distinguished Career at NTPC

Over nearly four decades, Shri Narare contributed significantly across multiple critical functions, including:

  • Fuel Management

  • Business Unit Head

  • Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

  • Business Development

The company formally communicated his cessation to BSE Limited (Scrip Code: 532555) and the National Stock Exchange of India Limited (Symbol: NTPC) under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.
