Shri Shiv Ratan (ITS-1996) ceased to be the CVO and Senior Management member of RITES Limited on December 5, 2025, upon completion of his deputation tenure at the Indian Railways PSU.

New Delhi: Shri Shiv Ratan (ITS-1996) upon completion of his tenure of deputation at RITES as Chief Vigilance Officer has ceased to be among the Senior Management of the Company on 05.12.2025.
Shri Shiv Ratan has served as the Chief Vigilance Officer (CVO) at RITES (Rail India Technical and Economic Services), an Indian Railways PSU. He was appointed in late 2022. An Indian Telecommunications Service (ITS) officer of the 1996 batch, he brings extensive experience in railways and holds multiple technical & management degrees.
