Power Finance Corporation Interim Dividend 2025: Power Finance Corporation (PFC) is preparing to declare the 4th interim dividend for the financial year ending March 31, 2025. According to a recent filing, the company's Board of Directors will hold a meeting on March 12, 2025, to discuss a funding proposal and the declaration of the 4th interim dividend for FY 2024-25.

The filing states that during this meeting, the Board will consider the following proposals:

1. Raising of resources, i.e., Market Borrowing program for the Financial Year 2025-2026 through issuance of bonds, term loans, Commercial Paper etc., from domestic & international markets.

2. Declaration of 4th Interim Dividend, if any, for FY 2024-25," the company said in the filing.

Dividend History:

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) recently announced three interim dividends. The first interim dividend is Rs 3.25 per equity share, with an ex-dividend date of August 30, 2024. The second and third interim dividends are each Rs 3.50, with ex-dividend dates on November 11, 2024, and February 28, 2025, respectively. PFC also has an annual dividend yield of 3.18%.

Financial Performance for Q3FY25:

Power Finance Corporation (PFC) reported a consolidated net profit of Rs 5,829 crore for the December quarter, marking a significant 23% increase compared to Rs 4,727 crore in the same period last year. This growth was driven by a 14% rise in total revenue from operations, which reached Rs 26,798 crore in Q3FY25, up from Rs 23,571 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year.

Shares of the company are trading lower by 0.31% at Rs 399.85, with a dividend yield of 3.19%.
