POSOCO Holds Annual General Meeting
New Delhi: Power System Operation Corporation Ltd. (POSOCO) successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting today. This was the Company's first Meeting with the presence of its whole time Directors after becoming an independent Government Company in January 2017. Representatives from the Ministry and Auditors were also present. A Dividend of Rs. 4.74 crore was approved to be paid to the Ministry of Power.
