New Delhi: MECL donated Sewing machines, Laser Printers, Almirah, Stationery and Basic Health Amenities to the UPAY, a NGO foundation working towards the betterment of many lives. These skill development and learning equipments were donated by Smt. Lipika Rath, President, Vama Club (MECL Officers'Wives Association)
