National Safety Day at IndianOil Corporation
New Delhi: 'Exercising the greatest degree of alertness, respecting the standard procedures & practices is crucial to ensuring that there is no loss of life, property, process interruption or damage to the environment. Safety is a state-of-mind and thus individual commitment towards ensuring safe practices will go a long way in making workspaces as well as homes safe, thus accelerating profitability & productivity of the organisation,” said Mr. B.V. Rama Gopal, Director (Refineries), IndianOil, on National Safety Day at IOC Refineries Headquarters at New Delhi.
Mr. B V Rama Gopal also called for the need to continuously update and share Health, Safety and Environment-related learning among all stakeholders to enhance safety standards.
