NEW DELHI .The Union Minister for Rural Development, Panchayati Raj, Drinking Water and Sanitation, Shri Narendra Singh Tomar conferred the National Awards on Best Performing Women Self-Help Groups and Village Organisations under DAY-NRLM, at a function, in New Delhi on December 23, 2016. The Minister of State for Rural Development, Shri Ram Kripal Yadav and the Secretary, Ministry of Rural Development, Shri Amarjeet Sinha are also seen.
