NLCIL under CSR provides Dialysis Centre for the Government Head Quarters Hospital
Neyveli: Dr. Sarat Kumar Acharya, CMD, NLCIL 21.08.2017. inaugurated the Dialysis Centre at the Government Head Quarters Hospital, Cuddalore., constructed at a cost of Rs.225 Lakhs by NLCIL under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
The expensive process of periodical purification of the blood through dialysis had become unaffordable for a section of the people and hence we have provided this for the needy to make use at free of cost.
In his felicitation, Shri R.Vikraman, Director (HR), NLCIL said that, NLCIL has been spending crores of Rupees for the well being of the people of the peripheral villages much before the government’s announcement about the Central Public Sector Undertakings to take up CSR works. We ensure the growth of the people with the growth of our organization.
Shri N.Muthu, ED (HR), Shri R.Mohan, CGM (CSR, SDC & Edn), NLCIL, Dr. S.Madhavi, Dy. Director, Dr. Hafeeza, Superindent (Medical) of the hospital spoke on the occasion.
Dr Acharya also handed over the documents pertaining to a Bus donated by NLCIL for use by the Orphans of Anna Sathya Government Home for to and fro to their school and the same was received by Shri Balu, District Child Welfare Officer, Cuddalore.
