WCL Inter Area Chess Bridge and Carrom Tournament Concludes

Nagpur: Western Coalfields Limited (WCL) inter area Chess, Bridge & Carrom tournament 2017-18 concluded today at company HQs. HQs team was adjudged winner in chess and Pench area as runner up whereas Nagpur area emerged champion in Carrom  & Kanhan area was the runner. Pench area grabbed the winner trophy in bridge. Head quarters team was the runner.

 

Sri Rajiv Ranjan Mishra, Chairman-cum-Managing Director was the Chief Guest of the valedictory and prize distribution function. He congratulated all winners and runners of the tournament. Sri Mishra opined that a player was always a good employee also.

 

Shri  TN Jha, Director (Technical), Saurabh Dubey, Steering Committee Member, AP Singh, Ramkera Yadav & Kameshwar Rai, Welfare Board Members were prominently present on the occasion.

 

Sri AK Singh, HOD (Welfare & CSR) delivered the welcome speech. Sri Ramkera Yadav proposed a vote of thanks. Sri SP Singh, Assistant Manager(Public Relations) conducted the program. All HODs, players of all area of WCL, senior officials were present in large number in the function.
