BEL Leaders Shine at PSU Transformation Conclave 2025 with Top National Awards

New Delhi witnessed a proud moment for Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL) as its senior leaders were honoured at the 5th PSU Transformation Conclave 2025 for their outstanding contributions to digital transformation, cybersecurity, and smart defence technologies.

Mr. Rajnish Sharma, Director (Bangalore Complex), BEL, received the prestigious “Outstanding Leadership in Transformation Award”. He was also recognised as the “Defence Electronics Transformation Architect”, acknowledging his visionary leadership in driving large-scale transformation within India’s defence electronics ecosystem.

Adding to BEL’s success, Mr. Eswarao Rao, AGM – Information Systems, Corporate Office Division, was conferred the “Cyber Security Vanguard Award” for his role in strengthening cybersecurity frameworks and digital resilience across BEL’s operations.

Further recognition came for Mr. Shivakumar M, Senior Deputy General Manager, Software SBU, who received the “Digital Dynamo Award” for his key contribution to the Smart Ship Operations Project, a critical initiative supporting advanced naval digital systems.

These honours highlight BEL’s strong focus on innovation, digital excellence, and leadership-driven transformation, reinforcing its role as a key technology partner for India’s defence and strategic sectors.
