Bank of Baroda Announces Re-Designation of Key Executives

Mumbai: Bank of Baroda (BSE: 532134, NSE: BANKBARODA) has announced a re-designation of two of its senior executives, effective January 20, 2026. The changes are purely in their titles and do not affect their current responsibilities or reporting structure.

  • Mr. Negi Ravindra Singh will now be known as Group Chief Risk Officer (G-CRO), BCC Mumbai, previously serving as Chief Risk Officer, BCC Mumbai.

  • Mr. Elango Balasuramaniam has been re-designated as Group Chief Compliance Officer (G-CCO), BCC Mumbai, previously Chief Group Compliance Officer, BCC Mumbai.

  • The Bank Secretary, S. Balakumar, clarified that these changes are only in nomenclature and will not impact the executives’ existing roles.
