State owned Bank of India has issued a Notice for Exercise of Call Option in respect of 9.04% Additional Tier I Bonds Series VI (ISIN No. INE084A08136) and Fixation of Record Date, 13th January, 2026.

New Delhi: State owned Bank of India has issued a Notice for Exercise of Call Option in respect of 9.04% Additional Tier I Bonds Series VI (ISIN No. INE084A08136) and Fixation of Record Date, 13th January, 2026.
According to the exchange filing, it is informed that the Bank has decided to exercise the Call Option on Bank of India Additional Tier I Bonds Series VI (ISIN No.
INE084A08136) and declare Tuesday, 13th January, 2026 as the Record Date for
this purpose.
Earlier these Bonds were issued on 28th January, 2021 in pursuance of terms mentioned in the Information Memorandum dated 27th January, 2021. The Bonds carry a coupon rate of 9.04% p.a. payable annually with call option on 28th January, 2026.
Upon payment of broken period interest and call option amount (Principal), by the Bank on 28th January, 2026, to the holders of the Bonds as on Record Date, the Bank's liability to the Bondholders towards all their rights including for the payment or otherwise shall cease and stand extinguished, the filing added.
Shares of Bank of India are closed at Rs 142.56, down by 0.52 percent at BSE.
