Bank of India plans for fundraising through issue of Long Term (Infra) Bonds
State-owned Bank of India has announced that it will hold board meeting on 26th June 2025 for the purpose of fundraising by issue of Long-Term Bonds.
According to the exchange filing, the Board of Directors of Bank of India would be considering at their meeting scheduled on 26th June, 2025 the proposal of fund raising by issue of Long Term (Infra) Bonds. We request you to take the aforesaid intimation on record.
Shares of Bank of India were closed at Rs 113.38 down by 1.99% at the time of closing bells.
