Bank of Maharashtra Disburses ₹2 Lakh Claim Under PMJJBY in Simdega
Bank of Maharashtra’s Simdega branch disbursed ₹2 lakh under PMJJBY to beneficiary Subhashini Kullu, reinforcing social security support.
The Simdega branch of Bank of Maharashtra has disbursed an insurance claim amount of ₹2 lakh under the Pradhan Mantri Jeevan Jyoti Bima Yojana (PMJJBY) to beneficiary Smt. Subhashini Kullu.
The claim amount was formally handed over by Smt. Kanchan Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Simdega, in the presence of Smt. Shikha Kumari Chaudhary, Zonal Manager, Ranchi Zone, the Additional Collector, branch officials, and other dignitaries.
The event highlighted the importance of government-backed social security schemes in providing timely financial assistance to families during difficult times. Bank officials reiterated their commitment to ensuring prompt settlement of insurance claims and increasing awareness about social security schemes among customers.
