Central Bank of India Wins First Prize for Rajbhasha Implementation 2024–25

New Delhi: Central Bank of India has been awarded the First Prize for Regional Official Language (Rajbhasha) Implementation in the Northeast Region for the year 2024–25, conferred by the Government of India for outstanding performance in promoting and implementing the Official Language.

The prestigious award was presented by Amit Shah, Hon’ble Union Minister of Home Affairs and Cooperation, Government of India, along with Manik Saha, Hon’ble Chief Minister of Tripura.

Shri Mahendra Dohare, Executive Director of Central Bank of India, received the award on behalf of the Bank. Shri Anil Kumar, Zonal Head, Guwahati Zone, was also present on the occasion.

The recognition highlights the Bank’s consistent efforts, dedication, and structured initiatives toward effective implementation of Rajbhasha policies across its operations in the Northeast region.
