New Delhi: Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd are in focus as the Private Sector Lender has informed the exchanges that the Bank has allotted 20,66,610 equity shares to the employees of the Bank under ESOS.
The exchange filing stated that the Bank has allotted today 20,66,610 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of Options/RSU’s under its Employees Stock Options Scheme (ESOS).
The Paid-up Share Capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from 15,38,25,10,606 equity shares of Re. 1/- each to 15,38,45,77,216 equity shares of Re.1/- each.
HDFC Bank’s shares are closed at Rs 980.00, down by 0.41% at BSE.
