Mumbai, February 24, 2026: IndusInd Bank Limited has announced key changes in its senior management team, appointing Mr. Saurav Saha as Chief Risk Officer (CRO) and Ms. Judy Heredia as Chief Credit Officer (CCO) with effect from February 24, 2026.

The disclosure was made under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 to the National Stock Exchange (Symbol: INDUSINDBK), BSE (Scrip Code: 532187), and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

 

Key Appointments Approved by the Board

The Board of Directors approved the appointments during its meeting held on February 24, 2026. The meeting commenced at 10:00 a.m. (IST), and the proposal was approved at 3:35 p.m. (IST).

  • Mr. Saurav Saha has been appointed as Chief Risk Officer and Senior Management Personnel for a period of three years. He succeeds Mr. Vivek Bajpeyi, who will continue as Senior Management Personnel until his superannuation on March 31, 2026.

  • Ms. Judy Heredia has been appointed as Chief Credit Officer and Senior Management Personnel for a period of three years.

Profile: Saurav Saha

Mr. Saha holds a PGDM from IIM Lucknow and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication Engineering. Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, he served as Head – Financial Risk Management at HDFC Bank.

He brings extensive leadership experience in risk management, having previously served as:

  • Chief Risk Officer – HSBC Bangladesh

  • Head of Wholesale Credit and Market Risk – HSBC India

  • Senior roles at Saudi Awwal Bank, ABN AMRO Bank, and CRISIL

His appointment is expected to further strengthen the bank’s risk governance and financial risk oversight framework.

Profile: Judy Heredia

Ms. Judy Heredia is a Commerce graduate and a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (CAIIB). She is also a Certified Financial Risk Manager (FRM) from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.

She has been associated with IndusInd Bank for nearly three decades and has played a pivotal role in building and strengthening the Wholesale Banking Group (WBG) Credit function. She has led initiatives to enhance credit risk governance, improve process efficiency, safeguard portfolio quality, and ensure robust regulatory and audit compliance.

The bank clarified that there is no inter-se relationship between the appointees and any directors of the bank.
