IndusInd Bank Names CIO Ravi Pangal as Senior Management Personnel

Mumbai:  IndusInd Bank Limited has designated its Chief Information Officer, Mr. Ravi Pangal, as part of the Bank’s Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with effect from January 28, 2026, the private sector lender informed stock exchanges.

The disclosure was made pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and has been submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India, BSE Limited, and the Luxembourg Stock Exchange.

Mr. Ravi Pangal was appointed as Chief Information Officer of IndusInd Bank and has now been formally included in the Senior Management Personnel category in line with regulatory requirements.

Mr. Pangal holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from Bharathiar University. Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, he served as Global CIO – Core Banking and Bangalore Centre Head at HSBC.

His earlier professional experience includes leadership roles at Standard Chartered Bank as Centre Head – Technology, ANZ Bank as Technology Project Director and Head of Strategy/PMO/MIS, along with key roles at Reuters, ICICI Infotech (Ajax Software), and Wipro Systems.

The Bank clarified that there is no inter-se relationship between Mr. Ravi Pangal and any of the Directors of IndusInd Bank.
