UCO Bank Elevates Pranab Kumar Biswas as General Manager; Senior Management Updates
Kolkata – January 31, 2026 – UCO Bank has announced key changes in its senior management. Effective February 1, 2026, Mr. Pranab Kumar Biswas has been elevated to the position of General Manager of the Bank.
Mr. Biswas, aged 48, holds a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and is a Certified Associate of the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (CAIIB). He has served in various roles across branches, zones, and departments of UCO Bank, most recently serving as the Vertical Head of the Agriculture and Rural Business Department at the Head Office in Kolkata.
In a related announcement, Mr. Manish Kumar, General Manager of the Credit Monitoring Department, has superannuated from the Bank’s services effective January 31, 2026.
These management changes are in compliance with Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. The announcements have been officially communicated to the National Stock Exchange of India (NSE) and BSE Limited.
