ACC Approves Empanelment of 36 Officers for Senior Positions at the Centre
The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet approves empanelment of 36 officers from various central services for Additional Secretary and AS equivalent positions at the Centre.
New Delhi, December 9, 2025: The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) has approved the empanelment of 36 senior officers from various central services for holding posts at the Additional Secretary (AS) / AS-Equivalent level in the Government of India.
The officers belong to multiple services including CSS, IIS, IRSME, IRSS, ITS, IRS(IT), IRTS, IDES, IFoS, IP&TA&FS, IRPS, IES, IPoS, IPS, IDAS, ICAS, IA&AS and others.
Among the officers empanelled for AS/AS Equivalent posts are:
Vandana Jain, Nidhi Pandey, Arvind Kumar Nautiyal, Sanjay Aggarwal, Satinder Kumar Bhalla, Ansuman Pattnaik, Manoj Kumar, Ateesh Kumar Singh, Jayant Singh, Rakesh Mittal, Alok Prem Nagar, D Sai Amutha Devi, Chetan Prakash Jain, Kesang Yangzom Sherpa, Nigar Fatima Husain, Aparna Bhatia, Ballepu Radhika Chakravarthy, Satwant Atwal Trivedi, Vedveer Arya, Hari Har Mishra, Manish Tripathi, Veena Kumari Dermal, and others.
Additionally, a separate group of officers has been approved for AS Equivalent posts, including D Saibaba, Dinesh Mahur, Mukesh Mangal, Meenaxi Rawat, Kumar Sanjay Bariar, Mayank Tiwari, Archana Sharma Awasthi, Nitesh Kumar Mishra, Vijay Kumar Singh, Anupam Mishra, Yashvir Singh, Anu Nagar, Anita Karn, and Debolina Thakur.
The notification also reiterates that the document does not grant any legal claim to any individual.
