Energy Efficiency Services Limited (EESL) is an Energy Efficiency Company (ESCO) incorporated in 2009 under the Ministry of Power, Government of India. It is a joint venture of four public sector companies:

NTPC Limited, Power Finance Corporation Limited, REC Limited and POWERGRID Corporation of India Limited.

EESL's primary mission is to enable consumers, businesses and governments to efficiently manage their energy needs  through energy conservation. The company is known for delivering the world's largest energy solutions across sectors such as lighting, residential, industrial, electric vehicles, smart meters and agriculture business  for future change.
