ACC Limited, part of the Adani Group’s cement and building materials portfolio, has announced a key leadership change with the resignation of its Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Mr. Navin Malhotra. The company notified the stock exchanges on December 6, 2025, in compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
According to the disclosure, Mr. Malhotra stepped down from his role and ceased to be part of the Senior Management Personnel (SMP) with effect from the close of business hours on December 6, 2025.
