This strategic hire strengthens ACME Solar’s commitment to building robust, future-ready processes and governance frameworks across its rapidly expanding energy portfolio.

In his new role, Rahul will work closely with the leadership team to optimize business processes, enhance internal controls, and implement operational excellence initiatives, supporting ACME Solar’s next phase of growth.

Rahul brings nearly 20 years of experience in internal audit, risk advisory, and process transformation. He has advised boards, audit committees, investors, and CXOs across renewable energy, infrastructure, real estate, manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and F&B sectors. Prior to joining ACME Solar, he led the Internal Audit function at O2 Power and held senior positions at global consulting firms including Ernst & Young, KPMG, and Grant Thornton.

His appointment underscores ACME Solar’s focus on agile, standardized, and digitally enabled processes that will support scalable growth while maintaining best-in-class governance and risk management practices.
