ACME Solar Appoints Yogesh Kumar Sanklecha as Senior Management Personnel

New Delhi: ACME Solar Holdings Limited on Wednesday announced the appointment of Mr. Yogesh Kumar Sanklecha, Head – Business Development, as Senior Management Personnel (SMP) of the company, effective January 15, 2026.

The decision was approved by the company’s Board of Directors through a circular resolution dated January 14, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. The company disclosed the development to the stock exchanges under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.

Mr. Sanklecha will continue in full-time employment with ACME Solar in his expanded leadership role. He brings over 25 years of experience with the ACME Group and has held several key leadership positions during his tenure.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from North Maharashtra University and an MBA in Marketing (Gold Medallist) from Dr. Vikhe Patil Foundation, Pune. At ACME Solar, he has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s renewable energy portfolio, overseeing business development, project approvals, power purchase agreement (PPA) management, evacuation planning, and support for project commissioning.

He is also known for building strong working relationships with key stakeholders across central and state governments.
