New Delhi: Adani Defence & Aerospace, in partnership with Prime Aero Services LLP, has finalised an agreement to acquire a majority stake in Flight Simulation Technique Centre Pvt. Ltd. (FSTC), India’s largest independent pilot training organisation.
This strategic investment will enable the Adani Group to substantially enhance India’s civil and defence pilot training ecosystem, strengthen indigenous aviation capabilities, and support the growing demand for skilled pilots driven by the expansion of the country’s aviation sector. The acquisition marks a significant step toward building comprehensive, self-reliant aviation infrastructure aligned with national priorities.
