New Delhi: Adani Enterprises Limited has announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Adani Defence Systems & Technologies Ltd (ADSTL), has executed a Business Transfer Agreement (BTA) with Punj Lloyd Ltd for the acquisition of the company’s Defence Unit at Malanpur, Madhya Pradesh through a slump sale.
The agreement was executed on 28 February 2026, and the information was officially communicated to the stock exchanges on 1 March 2026.
