New Delhi: Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) has informed the stock exchanges about the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary of its subsidiary, Adani Renewable Energy Holding Eleven Limited (AREH11L). The new step-down subsidiary is named Adani Ecogen Seven Limited (AE7L).

• Business Status: Yet to commence operations

• Shareholding: 100% held by AREH11L

No governmental approvals or related-party transactions are involved. AE7L will operate in India and aims to strengthen AGEL’s renewable energy portfolio.
