Adani Total Gas Appoints Preyash Jhaveri as CFO Effective September 3
New Delhi: Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) has appointed Preyash Jhaveri as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective September 3, 2026.
The appointment was approved by the company’s Board at its meeting on September 3, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Preyash Jhaveri’s finance experience
Jhaveri is a Chartered Accountant, B.Com and LL.B., and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Management (PGDBM).
He has more than 30 years of experience in finance, with expertise spanning financial planning, controllership, regulatory and tax compliance, business partnering and strategic value creation.
Importantly, Jhaveri has been with Adani Total Gas since 2007 and was serving as the company’s Interim CFO since December 22, 2025.
Before joining ATGL, he worked with Torrent Pharmaceuticals, Enercon (India), The Arvind Mills, India Gum and Core Healthcare.
CFO appointment updates ATGL’s KMP list
Following the appointment, Preyash Jhaveri is formally included as CFO in ATGL’s revised list of Key Managerial Personnel authorised for matters including determining materiality of events and making disclosures to stock exchanges.
The company’s other listed KMPs include Suresh Manglani, Executive Director; Sanjay Pandita, Chief Executive Officer; and Anil Agrawal, Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
