Adani Total Gas Appoints Preyash Jhaveri as Interim Chief Financial Officer

Adani Total Gas Limited (ATGL) has announced the appointment of Mr. Preyash Jhaveri as the company's Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP), effective immediately. The decision was approved by the Board of Directors during a meeting held today, following a recommendation from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
Mr. Jhaveri will serve in this interim capacity until a permanent CFO is appointed. He succeeds the previous CFO, whose resignation was earlier intimated in September 2025.

Mr. Jhaveri is a veteran finance professional with over 30 years of experience across diverse sectors, including Energy, Gas, Healthcare, and Renewables. He has been a cornerstone of ATGL’s finance department since joining the company in 2007.

In light of this appointment, ATGL has updated its list of executives authorized to determine the "materiality" of events and make official disclosures to stock exchanges under Regulation 30(5) of the SEBI Listing Regulations.
